(Freight Broker - U.S. Drayage | Night Shift | Mohawk HQ, Mohali)

We're on the lookout for a

Sales Sailor

--a freight-savvy, fast-talking professional who can steer through the U.S. logistics landscape like a pro. At Mohawk, you won't just book loads--you'll broker trust, build momentum, and navigate the high seas of drayage with confidence.

This isn't a back-office role. It's a frontline, revenue-driving position--and you'll be representing Mohawk's logistics arm with intelligence, urgency, and integrity.

Who You Are:

. Have at least 2 years of experience in U.S. logistics--especially drayage . A skilled communicator who can build quick rapport and close faster deals . Fluent in freight, fearless with follow-ups, and great under pressure . Thrive in a high-speed, night-shift environment (U.S. hours) . Detail-driven, persistent, and razor-sharp with documentation

What You'll Be Doing:

. Booking and brokering drayage shipments across U.S. ports . Negotiating with carriers, managing client expectations, and sealing the deal . Tracking, updating, and firefighting when needed--smooth sailing always . Owning your shift, your targets, and your territory . Representing Mohawk with professionalism, urgency, and insight
