Freight Broker

to help grow our business in the auto transport industry. Whether you're an experienced professional or eager newcomer, we value energy, dedication, and relationship-building. You'll generate new leads, manage accounts, and collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Take initiative to close deals and drive results. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the auto transport industry. Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty. Provide quotes and negotiate rates effectively to close sales and meet client needs. Work closely with our operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and smooth transport processes. Monitor shipments and proactively communicate timely updates to clients. Address client inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction with transport services.. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details. Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and remain competitive.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in

auto transport sales

or

related logistics/supply chain sales

is preferred but not required. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Ability to understand customer needs and provide personalized, effective solutions. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and other sales tools to track and manage leads. Ability to think creatively and overcome obstacles to close sales and provide the best service to clients. Ability to work well with other team members, especially in coordinating with operations and logistics teams. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8AM to 6PM Eastern Standard Time With 1-hr break

Fixed Salary:

?24000 with 30% Commission

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
