About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated

Freight Broker

to join our team in Mohali. As a key link between shippers and carriers, you will be responsible for negotiating rates, booking loads, and ensuring timely transportation of goods across the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities:

Source carriers and negotiate competitive freight rates Build and maintain relationships with carriers and clients Manage full freight cycle from pickup to delivery Track and update load status, resolve issues in real-time Maintain proper documentation and update TMS systems Ensure on-time deliveries and high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Prior experience in U.S. freight brokerage (1+ years preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work night shift (U.S. time zone) Familiarity with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) and TMS software Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented
