Job Overview:

We are hiring motivated and skilled Freight Brokers to join our client's dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a network of shippers, carriers & clients, negotiating freight rates, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads, attract new prospects, and develop a sales pipeline. Identify and onboard reputable and safe carriers for freight services. Provide clients with competitive shipping quotes and book freight orders. Collaborate with carriers, shippers, and dispatchers to schedule collections and deliveries. Monitor and track shipment status to ensure smooth operations. Keep customers updated on the status of shipments and address inquiries promptly. Maintain accurate records of freight activities and transactions. Stay updated on market trends within the transportation and logistics industry.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Graduation (required). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Comfortable working in a night shift environment.
