We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Freight Broker

to join our logistics team. The Freight Broker will be responsible for matching shippers with carriers, negotiating rates, managing freight shipments, and ensuring on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of transportation logistics, and a proven ability to build relationships with clients and carriers.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation (entry-level welcome with strong sales skills). Strong negotiation, sales, and customer service skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of DOT regulations and freight classification (a plus). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
