We are actively hiring Freight Brokers to join our US logistics operations. This is a night shift position aligned with US working hours, ideal for professionals with a strong background in logistics and freight sales.

As a Freight Broker, you will act as the key link between shippers and carriers, helping to coordinate and manage freight transportation efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Build and manage a sales pipeline through lead generation

Source and onboard reliable, compliant carriers

Quote, book, and manage freight shipments

Coordinate with dispatchers, carriers, and shippers to ensure timely delivery

Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service

Stay updated with US freight market trends

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months experience in logistics or freight brokerage (mandatory)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Problem-solving mindset and sales-oriented attitude

Ability to work night shifts and collaborate with US-based clients

Professional growth mindset

Compensation & Incentives:

17% incentive on amounts below $5,000, capped at ?1,000

30% incentive on amounts $5,000 and above, no cap

Current Dollar Rate: ?81

Payment Timeline: Within 15 to 17 days
