Position: Freight Broker

We're seeking dynamic

Freight Brokers

to join our US logistics operations. You'll be the bridge between shippers and carriers, ensuring smooth deliveries, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential shippers and onboard them into our network Schedule and confirm pickup/delivery appointments for seamless freight movement Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely and efficient transportation Maintain strong relationships with both shippers and carriers to foster trust and repeat business. Negotiate rates and resolve any delivery issues proactively Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills 1 Year of Prior experience in US freight brokerage or logistics preferred Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and follow-up skills Familiarity with freight management systems is a plus
