Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and nurture existing client relationships while generating leads and building a strong sales pipeline. Drive new business acquisition through prospecting, cold calling, and other outreach activities. Partner with freight carriers and negotiate competitive rates and service terms for customers. Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable and safety-compliant carriers for freight operations. Maintain accurate records of freight movements and ensure compliance with transportation regulations. Prepare and manage all required shipping and legal documentation. Plan, coordinate, and monitor pickup and delivery schedules to ensure on-time execution. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome (minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Excel. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities. Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
