We are hiring an experienced

Freight Broker

to manage freight movement by coordinating between shippers and carriers. The role requires strong communication skills, rate negotiation abilities, and experience in handling logistics operations during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate freight movement between shippers and carriers Negotiate freight rates and service terms with carriers Schedule pickups and deliveries as per client requirements Track shipments and resolve transit issues proactively Maintain accurate records of loads, rates, and carrier details Communicate clearly with customers, carriers, and internal teams Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of freight

Requirements

Minimum

1 year of experience

as a Freight Broker or in logistics/transportation

Excellent communication skills

(verbal & written) Strong negotiation and coordination skills Knowledge of trucking operations, lanes, and market rates Comfortable working in

night shifts (US logistics)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Shift Details

Fixed night shift:

9:30 PM to 6:30 AM
