Key Responsibilities
Generate
international sales
through outbound cold calling
Source, qualify, and convert leads from the US market
Pitch services, engage prospects, and onboard shippers
Negotiate freight rates and close deals
Conduct cold calls, cold emails, and regular follow-ups
Book loads and coordinate with internal teams
Maintain CRM updates, call logs, and sales pipelines
Learn and apply basic US logistics and freight brokerage processes
Required Skills
Minimum
6 months experience in International BPO (Voice), International Sales, or Travel Sales
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Comfortable with
cold calling
and target-based work
Ability to handle objections and build rapport
Basic understanding of logistics or freight operations is an advantage (training provided)
