About the Role

We are looking for a

motivated and experienced Freight Broker

to join our growing logistics team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in load booking, carrier negotiation, and managing end-to-end transportation operations for the US market.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers. Negotiate freight rates and ensure timely pick-up and delivery of loads. Track and update shipment status, resolving any delivery or service issues. Identify new business opportunities and expand the carrier network. Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications.

Requirements

Minimum

1 year of experience

as a Freight Broker / Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator. Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written). Knowledge of US logistics, load boards (DAT, Truckstop), and TMS systems. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ready to work
