Duties
Collect paperwork from drivers or dispathers complete freight billing., Logistics Accountant, Freight Payment Analyst
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
Knowage about related to logistics, shipping, receiving, and fleet management.
Knowledge about HOS or ELD be plus.
Manage data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with dispatching teams and drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in data entry and the ability to analyze information for effective decision-making.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
Experience using software tools related to logistics or customer service is advantageous.
