Key Responsibilities

Critically assess AI-generated video and visual content for quality, coherence, and creative integrity. Provide in-depth feedback on elements such as narrative flow, visual composition, pacing, and design aesthetics. Identify inconsistencies, creative flaws, or technical gaps and suggest actionable improvements. Collaborate with AI development teams to ensure outputs align with professional creative and cinematic standards. Ensure content reflects current industry practices in storytelling, visual communication, and audience engagement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Academic or professional background in

Film, Animation, Media Arts, Visual Communication

, or related fields. Experience in one or more of the following roles:

Film Director, Video Editor, Cinematographer, Motion Designer, or VFX Artist

. Strong understanding of cinematic storytelling, visual language, and creative direction. Proficiency with post-production tools such as

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro
