Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential sponsors aligned with the project or event.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified sponsorship leads.
Pitch sponsorship packages to decision-makers via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Create customised proposals based on sponsor needs and brand objectives.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and deliverables to close sponsorship deals.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure partnership satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams for sponsorship fulfilment and branding deliverables.
Track sales progress and provide weekly reporting.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in sponsorship or B2B sales (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with result-oriented approach.
Good network with corporate decision-makers is an advantage.
High professionalism, persistence, and client-focused approach.
