We're looking for someone who:
Has recruitment skills across different portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, etc.)
Preferably has experience in non-IT hiring (e.g. Graphic Designers, Social Media Managers, Visualizers, Content Writers, etc.)
Strong communication & interview skills
Knowledge of industry-standard hiring practices
Coordination & teamwork abilities
Good negotiation skills
