Job Title: Freelance Recruiter (Work From Home)

Responsibilities

? Source candidates via job portals (Indeed, Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media
? Screen and evaluate candidates for communication, fitment, and readiness
? Maintain daily candidate data in company tracker (Google Sheet)
? Coordinate interview schedules through your assigned full-time recruiter (FTR)
? Support joining and retention follow-ups up to 90 days
? Participate in weekly calibration calls for performance tracking

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate / Under-Graduate with good communication skills (Hindi or Punjabi; basic English preferred) Access to smartphone, internet, and laptop/computer Minimum 2-3 hours daily availability (flexible timings) Must be based in or around Bathinda

Earnings Structure (Commission-Based)

Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
