Role Overview



We are seeking an experienced

Freelancer / Consultant

specializing in

Marketing and Sales for B2B e-commerce

to help accelerate Khilonamart's growth and market presence.

The ideal professional will bring a combination of

strategic marketing insight, B2B sales execution, and digital growth expertise

to help us expand our retailer base, strengthen manufacturer partnerships, and enhance our brand visibility nationwide.

This is a

project-based engagement

, with potential for a longer-term collaboration based on performance and results.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute a focused

B2B marketing and retailer acquisition strategy

. Design and implement

digital marketing campaigns

(social media, WhatsApp, email, etc.) targeting toy retailers and manufacturers. Generate qualified

leads for retailer onboarding

and improve conversion rates. Build relationships with

manufacturers, distributors, and trade partners

. Identify and manage

regional growth initiatives

in key toy markets across India. Support the creation of

marketing materials, sales decks, and communication content

. Track performance, analyze campaign data, and deliver regular progress reports.

Requirements



Experience:

3-5 years in

B2B marketing, sales, or growth consulting

, preferably in e-commerce, FMCG, or wholesale trade. Strong knowledge of

digital acquisition channels

, including social media, SEO, and paid marketing. Proven experience in

lead generation, dealer/retailer onboarding, or channel development

. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Experience in

toys, FMCG, or consumer goods

sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
