Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential clients Promote our HR services to startups and small businesses Build and maintain client relationships Share proposals and follow up regularly Give updates on leads and conversions

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience

in marketing or business development (preferably in HR or B2B services) Good spoken and written communication skills Confident in talking to clients and explaining services Can work independently and meet targets Basic understanding of HR services is a plus
