Role Overview

We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Freelance Interior Designer

to collaborate with our design team on residential and commercial interior projects. The designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing interior designs that align with our brand standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Create

concept designs, 2D layouts, and 3D visualizations

based on client briefs. Develop

detailed BOQs, material specifications, and mood boards

for approval. Coordinate with internal project teams, vendors, and clients to ensure design intent is met. Prepare and modify

AutoCAD drawings, SketchUp models, and renders

as required. Suggest creative design solutions that optimize space and enhance aesthetics. Support site visits for design validation and supervision when needed. Ensure timely submission of project deliverables.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in

Interior Design / Architecture

or equivalent experience. Proven experience (minimum

2 years

) in residential or commercial interiors. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop

, and MS Office. Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and modular furniture systems. Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Compensation

Project-based remuneration
