About Us:

We are a dynamic, fast-growing company looking for a highly skilled and creative Freelance Graphic Designer to collaborate on a wide range of design projects. You will be working remotely and will be responsible for creating high-quality design work for our clients across multiple industries. We are looking for a designer with a deep understanding of the latest design trends and the ability to translate these trends into visually compelling and effective designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design Creation: Design graphics for various digital and print platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, marketing collateral, advertisements, brochures, logos, and packaging.

Trend-Driven Designs: Stay up-to-date with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure designs are fresh, innovative, and on-brand.

Brand Development & Consistency: Create cohesive design systems and maintain brand consistency across all design projects.

Collaboration: Work closely with clients or internal teams to understand project requirements, target audiences, and brand guidelines.

Feedback & Revisions: Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs, ensuring that final deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

UI/UX Design: Ability to design user interfaces (UI) and create intuitive user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications (if applicable).

Marketing & Advertising: Design eye-catching digital advertisements, social media posts, and promotional content to support marketing initiatives.

Typography & Layout: Expertise in typography, color theory, and layout design to create visually compelling graphics that communicate effectively.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating a strong grasp of design principles and creativity.

Design Software: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Sketch, or similar.

Trend Awareness: Strong knowledge of the latest design trends (e.g., minimalist designs, 3D typography, motion graphics, retro design, duotone palettes, etc.) and the ability to incorporate these trends into your designs while keeping the brand's identity intact.

Creative Skills: Strong understanding of color theory, composition, typography, and visual storytelling.

Attention to Detail: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and quality.

Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs and explain design choices.

Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects efficiently.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to various design styles and project requirements.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects (digital, print, branding, etc.) with clear examples of trend-driven and innovative design work.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
