We are seeking a creative and reliable Freelance Graphic Designer with experience in the event industry to create engaging and visually compelling designs for a variety of event-related materials. From concept to execution, you'll work closely with our event planning and marketing teams to bring ideas to life across both digital and print formats.
Key Responsibilities:
Design event branding elements including logos, stage backdrops, theme creatives, and merchandise.
Develop creatives for event promotions including banners, invitations, social media posts, brochures, hoardings, and digital displays.
Create event collaterals such as name badges, passes, standees, agendas, and directional signage.
Design pitch decks, client proposals, and presentations for event briefs.
Translate event concepts into visual designs in line with the theme and audience.
Coordinate with printers and vendors for final production (if needed)
Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements:
Proven experience in graphic design, ideally in the event management or experiential marketing sector
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong sense of layout, color, typography, and visual storytelling
Ability to understand event briefs and design according to event theme and target audience
Flexibility to adapt designs for last-minute changes or tight timelines
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing for live events, weddings, exhibitions, conferences, or brand activations
Familiarity with digital tools like Canva, CorelDRAW, or Figma (optional)
Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus
Understanding of print processes and file preparation
