The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful sessions focused on enhancing soft skills such as interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, leadership behavior, and business etiquette for employees across various levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-impact training sessions on behavioral and communication topics, both virtually and on-site (as applicable).
Customize training content and modules based on organizational goals and audience requirements.
Conduct pre-training needs analysis and post-training feedback and evaluation.
Provide coaching and mentoring support for individual participants where needed.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, team leads, L&D) for smooth coordination of training logistics and schedules.
Stay updated with current trends, tools, and best practices in soft skills and adult learning methodologies.
Requirements:
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a behavioral or communication trainer, preferably in a corporate or professional development setting.
Strong facilitation, presentation, and audience engagement skills.
Ability to handle diverse audiences across hierarchical levels and domains.
