Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and research-driven Freelance Academic Writer specializing in Management and Business Ethics. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing academic content such as research papers, theses, dissertations, and journal publications. A strong grasp of management theories, corporate ethics, organizational behavior, sustainability, and related areas is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Write high-quality academic content in the areas of management, leadership, business ethics, CSR, organizational behavior, HRM, and corporate governance.
Assist in the development of thesis/dissertation documents, conference papers, and journal submissions.
Conduct extensive literature reviews and incorporate peer-reviewed sources and scholarly articles.
Ensure adherence to specific formatting and citation styles (APA, Harvard, MLA, Chicago, etc.).
Prepare ethical and plagiarism-free content with proper referencing and critical analysis.
Collaborate with researchers, scholars, or students to structure research methodology, findings, and discussions.
Proofread and revise existing content for clarity, logical flow, and publication standards.
Stay updated with recent trends and developments in management practices and ethical frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree (MBA, M.Phil., or Ph.D. preferred) in Management, Business Administration, Organizational Studies, or related fields.
Proven experience in academic writing, ethical content development, or research publication (samples or published works preferred).
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize theoretical and empirical literature.
Familiarity with academic databases (Scopus, JSTOR, Google Scholar, etc.) and reference management tools (Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote).
Excellent command of academic English and scholarly writing conventions.
