The role involves simplifying complex workflows across modules like employee details, onboarding, costing, forecasting, inventory, and operations into clean, user-friendly designs.

Responsibilities.

- Design mobile-first, responsive UI mockups and prototypes
- Translate user needs into intuitive workflows
- Ensure accessibility and cross-cultural UX best practices
- Deliver design assets for development handoff

Requirements
- Strong portfolio of web app designs
- Proficiency in the latest design software and methodologies
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and developer collaboration
- Reliable communication and time management
- Multilingual or global UX experience
