We are producing a conversational podcast and are looking for a reliable videographer with their own equipment who can handle
shooting + editing
. Episodes are typically
30-60 minutes
, shot indoors in a controlled setup.
Responsibilities
Shoot podcast episodes (2-camera or 3-camera setup preferred)
Ensure clean audio capture (lav mics/shotgun mic)
Manage lighting setup
Deliver edited videos in vertical + horizontal formats
Basic colour correction and sound mixing
Deliver social media cuts (Reels/Shorts) from each episode
Requirements
Must have own equipment (camera, lenses, mics, lighting)
Experience shooting talk shows, interviews, or podcasts
Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro/Final Cut/DaVinci)
Ability to turn around edits quickly (3-5 days preferred)
Creative eye for framing and storytelling
Nice to Have
Experience in creating short-form content
Understanding of social media trends
Ability to guide hosts on angles/framing/look
