Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone, style, and storytelling goals.
Social Media Content Management
Develop and post travel reels and videos across all company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.).
Write engaging captions, add relevant hashtags, and tag participants or locations as needed.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule to increase engagement and visibility.
Brand Representation
Capture authentic moments that showcase the fun, community, and experience of group travel.
Represent the brand professionally while interacting with travelers during trips.
Maintain a positive image of the company through all visual content.
Strategy & Collaboration
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content themes and campaign ideas for each tour.
Suggest creative concepts and trends to improve audience engagement and reach.
Monitor performance of posted videos and provide basic insights or feedback on audience engagement.
Technical Skills
Operate cameras, drones, gimbals, and other video equipment as needed.
Ensure high-quality sound, lighting, and composition in all recordings.
Deliver edited videos on schedule, in appropriate formats for different platforms.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
Strong understanding of social media trends and travel storytelling.
Ability to travel with groups on scheduled trips (domestic/international).
Creativity, reliability, and good communication skills.
