This role focuses on crafting high-performing short-form videos for LinkedIn and Meta ads -- combining sharp storytelling, clean motion design, and precise editing to boost B2B brand performance. You'll be translating ideas into visually engaging stories that capture attention, convey value, and drive conversions.
Requirements
What You'll Do

• Edit engaging short-form videos (15-90 seconds) optimized for LinkedIn and Meta ad placements.
• Design and animate motion graphics -- including titles, transitions, logo reveals, and overlays.
• Select and sync music, pacing, and transitions that align with the brand's tone and audience intent.
• Apply storytelling techniques to structure ads around clear hook ? value ? CTA flows.
• Deliver final assets in multiple aspect ratios (1:1, 9:16, 16:9) optimized for social platforms.
• Manage fast-paced turnaround times while maintaining creative quality and consistency.
• Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to iterate quickly based on performance insights.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (Final Cut Pro acceptable).
• Strong grasp of motion design, animation, and visual storytelling for digital advertising.
• Proven experience editing short-form videos designed for social or ad performance.
• Sharp sense of pacing, rhythm, and sound design to maximize viewer retention.
• Ability to juggle multiple edits under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Prior experience with B2B or SaaS brand content is a strong plus.
• A portfolio or showreel showcasing relevant social/ad video work is required.
