Video Editor / Reels & Shorts Creator

to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and produce engaging short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) for social media. Work with the marketing and creative team to conceptualize video ideas aligned with brand themes. Edit raw footage, add effects, transitions, text overlays, background music, and color corrections. Maintain consistent brand tone and style across all video content. Optimize videos for social media engagement (aspect ratio, captions, hashtags, etc.). Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, and viral content strategies. Occasionally assist in shooting videos (if working on-site).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a

Video Editor

, especially for Reels, Shorts, or social media content. Proficiency in software like

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve

. Strong sense of pacing, timing, and visual storytelling. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Creativity and understanding of social media trends, particularly Instagram and YouTube. (Preferred) Experience with gardening, lifestyle, or eco-friendly brands.
