Freelance Soft Skills Trainer

Role Type: Freelance / Soft Skills Trainer

Location: Tamil Nadu | Training Mode: Offline / Online

Key Responsibilities:


- Conduct training programs on soft skills, communication, personality development, and workplace etiquette.


- Engage students with role-plays, group discussions, and real-time simulations.


- Assess participant progress and provide individual feedback.


- Support students in building confidence and employability traits.

- Leadership Skills


- Time Management


- Professional Etiquette


- Emotional Intelligence


- Public Speaking & Presentation Skills

Candidate Profile:


- Min. 2 years of experience in training or HR/L&D roles.


- Fluent in English and regional languages.


- Energetic and passionate about mentoring students.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹39,211.91 per month
