We are looking for passionate and dynamic

Freelance Trainers

to deliver Employability Skills training to college students across Tamil Nadu. The trainer should be able to conduct engaging offline classroom sessions, guide students through practical activities, assess performance, and support overall skill development.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery

Deliver engaging sessions on the following modules: Communication Skills Teamwork & Leadership Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Digital Literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Online Tools) Career Readiness (Resume, Interviews, Workplace Etiquette) Project & Presentation Skills Conduct role-plays, case studies, group activities, mock interviews, and practical tasks.

Student Engagement

Facilitate teamwork activities and guide students during group projects. Provide personalized feedback and improve students' confidence in communication & interviews.

Assessment & Evaluation

Evaluate students based on rubrics (communication, practical skills, project execution). Support students in completing final projects such as: Resume & cover letter Presentations Case study analysis Digital tools assignments Interview simulations

Documentation

Maintain attendance, session reports, and assessment scores. Prepare and submit training-related documents on time.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong communication & presentation skills. Good command of English grammar, email writing, and professional communication. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel basics, PowerPoint). Ability to conduct interactive classroom sessions. Knowledge of industry expectations and interview processes. Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and leadership qualities.
