Job Opportunity: Freelance Trainer - Electric Vehicle (EV) Technology

Electric Vehicle (EV) Trainer

to join our network of freelance professionals. This role is ideal for a subject matter expert who can translate complex automotive engineering into engaging, actionable learning experiences for both aspiring engineers and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Delivery:

Facilitate high-quality training sessions on EV architecture, battery management systems (BMS), and charging infrastructure.

Hybrid Training:

Conduct sessions via

Online

(Webinar/Live Stream) and

Offline

(In-person workshops/Classroom) modes as required.

Content Development:

Assist in creating or updating training modules, including slide decks, technical manuals, and assessment papers.

Hands-on Guidance:

For offline sessions, lead practical demonstrations on EV components, diagnostics, and safety protocols.

Mentorship:

Address participant queries and provide industry insights to bridge the gap between theory and real-world application.

Required Expertise

We are looking for trainers with deep knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

EV Fundamentals:

Powertrain architecture, Motors (BLDC, PMSM), and Controllers.

Energy Storage:

Lithium-ion battery chemistry, thermal management, and

BMS

logic.

Charging Infrastructure:

AC/DC fast charging, protocols (OCPP), and grid integration.

Safety & Standards:

High-voltage safety (AIS 156), testing standards, and diagnostic tools.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of industrial experience in the EV sector or as a technical trainer in the automotive industry.

Education:

Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (or a related field).

Communication:

Exceptional public speaking skills with the ability to simplify technical jargon.

Project Details

Role:

Freelance / Contract-based.

Location:

Remote (Online) or On-site (Offline - location to be specified per batch).

Compensation:

Competitive, based on experience and duration of the module.
Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 5 weeks

Pay: ?500.00 - ?1,500.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
