Job Title: Coding Bootcamp Trainer (Beginner Level - Python/Web Basics)

Location: Madambakkam, East Tambaram

About the Role:

We're looking for passionate and patient trainers who can teach beginner-level coding to students aged 12-18. Your job is to simplify programming basics using a hands-on, engaging approach and help our students build confidence in coding.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach basic programming (Python, Scratch, HTML/CSS/JavaScript)

Handle multiple batches of 5 students each (1-hour classes)

Deliver engaging lessons 3 days/week per student batch

Track student attendance, progress, and feedback

Provide basic tech support and classroom readiness

Assist in creating or customizing course content/slides

Provide feedback to parents if required

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in Computer Science / IT / Engineering / BCA / MCA (or Final-year students with experience)

1-4 years of teaching or coding experience (freelance or institute)

Strong communication skills in English and Tamil

Passion for teaching school students and beginners

Patience and clarity in explaining coding logic

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Scratch, HTML/CSS, Python (basics)

Exposure to teaching children or teens

Familiar with classroom management
