INSPIRE Group is seeking an experienced and certified

Data Center Professional Trainer

to conduct an

on-site CDCP (Certified Data Center Professional)

training program for one of our esteemed corporate clients in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of

data center infrastructure, operations, and industry best practices

, combined with strong facilitation skills to deliver an engaging and outcome-driven learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality

CDCP training sessions

aligned with international data center standards. Conduct both

theoretical and practical sessions

, ensuring participant engagement and understanding. Evaluate participant progress through assessments and interactive exercises. Customize content and examples to align with client-specific infrastructure and requirements. Maintain professionalism and represent INSPIRE Group's training excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Updated Section)

Must hold a valid

CDCP, CDCS, or CDCE certification

(higher-level certifications preferred). Proven experience delivering

Data Center / IT Infrastructure

trainings (virtual or on-site). Strong knowledge of

data center design, power, cooling, redundancy, and management

best practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage).

Mode:

On-site (Mumbai)

Duration:

2 Days (16 Hours - 8 Hrs per Day)

Compensation:

Competitive hourly/session-based fee (To be discussed)
