Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned HR Professional or Consultant to join us as a Strategic Partner. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in workplace management and employee experience. We are seeking a proactive and self-driven Freelancing HR Consultant to support our assignment-based model.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a subject matter expert on workplace safety and digital transformation. Advise leadership teams on the benefits of automating visitor workflows and security compliance. Network with Facility Managers, IT Leads, and HR Directors to discuss workplace security and data privacy.
Requirement:
8+ years in HR, People Ops, or Recruitment. Strong existing relationships with C-suite executives or Office Managers. Ability to articulate the ROI of HR tech investments.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
