Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and online courses.

Assess trainees' skills and provide personalized feedback to enhance learning outcomes.

Update training materials regularly to ensure content remains relevant and practical.

Facilitate both individual and group learning sessions effectively.

Track and report on trainee progress and training effectiveness.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand training needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a trainer, educator, or facilitator in developing reasoning and soft skills for graduate students.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to design and deliver online and offline training sessions.

Familiarity with modern training tools and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications or recognized expertise in the relevant skill area.

Experience working with freelancers, corporates, or educational institutions.

Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training.

Compensation:

?700 per day
