to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance interpersonal, communication, leadership, and workplace etiquette skills of our learners/employees. The trainer will play a key role in building confidence, professionalism, and employability of participants.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct interactive training sessions on communication, presentation, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and workplace etiquette.
Design training content, modules, and activities tailored to different audiences (students, freshers, or professionals).
Use innovative teaching methods such as role plays, group discussions, case studies, and simulations.
Assess participants' performance through tests, feedback, and observation.
Provide one-on-one coaching where required.
Prepare training reports and maintain records of sessions conducted.
Continuously update training material to match industry standards and trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Post-graduation in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus).
Proven experience as a soft skills / corporate trainer.
Excellent command over spoken and written English.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and motivate learners.
Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools.
Certification in training & development (e.g., ISTD, Dale Carnegie, etc.) preferred.
