We are looking for a

skilled and proactive Social Media Manager

with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing brand social media accounts and running Meta ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media strategies, content planning, data analytics, and paid advertising. You will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, driving engagement, and executing high-performance campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X). Plan and execute

monthly social media content calendars

. Coordinate with the design team to produce high-quality creatives, reels, carousels, and stories. Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content/captions. Set up, manage, and optimize

Meta Ads campaigns

(Traffic, Lead Gen, awareness, engagement, etc.). Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets. Track key metrics and prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports. Conduct competitor research and implement new ideas to improve engagement. Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends, and best practices. Manage community interactions--comments, messages, and online reputation.

Required Skills & Competencies

2-3 years of experience in

social media management

. Proven experience running and optimizing

Meta Ads

. Strong understanding of social media strategy, audience targeting, and content trends. Knowledge of

Meta Business Suite

, Ads Manager, and analytics tools. Basic skills in Canva or similar tools (preferred). Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory but Preferred)

Experience with Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads. Basic video editing (Reels/Shorts). Experience in performance marketing or lead generation campaigns. Understanding of SEO basics.
