Content Creation

Shoot

inside the store: New arrivals Styling ideas Price-led reels (value hooks) Clearance / limited-stock alerts Create

Instagram Reels, Stories, and Posts

(3-4 reels + stories per week). Edit videos using mobile-friendly tools (InShot, CapCut, VN, etc.). Ensure content highlights Price transparency & offers Maintain a

simple content calendar

aligned with stock arrivals.

Social Media Management

Manage

Instagram & Facebook

accounts. Write

captions with strong hooks

, CTAs, and relevant hashtags. Respond to

DMs & comments

(basic enquiries, store timings, directions). Post stories daily during active days (new arrivals / sale days). Coordinate with store team for

real-time updates

Growth & Engagement

Identify and follow

local audience pages, influencers, and communities

customer-generated content

Track basic performance: Reel reach Profile visits Enquiries & walk-ins linked to content Suggest simple campaigns

Minimum Expectations On Deliverables

Skills & RequirementsMandatory

Proven experience in

Instagram content creation

(fashion/retail preferred). Strong

mobile videography

and editing skills. Understanding of

trending audio, reels format & hooks

. Ability to communicate in

English + local language

(Malayalam). Must understand

value retail & fast-selling inventory

Preferred

Experience with

local retail brands or boutiques

. Basic knowledge of

Canva

. Familiarity with

WhatsApp Business

responses. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
