About the Role



We're looking for a

Social Media Management Executive

who can translate our

brand's products, ideology, and aesthetics

into engaging digital content that resonates with our audience.

You'll be responsible for managing the brand's digital presence across platforms -- from

conceptualizing and designing posts and reels

to

building content calendars

and ensuring that every piece of content reflects the brand's story, tone, and design language.

This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts

creative storyteller and digital strategist

-- someone who can bring design sensibility, social media insight, and consistency to every post.

Key Responsibilities



Content Creation & Strategy



Develop and execute creative social media strategies aligned with brand goals and visual identity. Design high-quality visual content (posts, stories, reels, videos, carousels, etc.) using

Canva

,

Figma

, or similar design tools. Translate the brand's product, ideology, and aesthetic into visually appealing and emotionally engaging content. Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.

Calendar Planning & Execution



Build and manage

daily, weekly, and monthly content calendars

across platforms. Plan, schedule, and optimize content for key events, campaigns, and launches. Ensure timely posting and consistency in brand voice and design style.

Reel & Video Creation



Ideate, script, and create

short-form video content

(reels, stories, motion graphics) that's trend-aware yet authentic to the brand. Stay on top of social media trends, music, and formats to keep content fresh and relevant.

Engagement & Growth



Manage community engagement -- respond to comments, DMs, and feedback while maintaining brand tone. Track performance metrics and use insights to improve engagement and content effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate



2-4 years of experience managing social media for a

consumer brand, agency, or D2C startup

. Strong design sensibility -- able to create visually strong and on-brand creatives using

Canva

,

Figma

, or Adobe tools. Skilled in

reel/video content creation

and familiar with editing apps and storytelling formats. Excellent understanding of digital trends, audience behaviour, and social media analytics. Strong organizational skills to manage calendars and deliver consistent content output. Passion for design, creativity, and building brands through thoughtful visual communication.
