About the organization: Ladder Media is an eLearning service company based in Bengaluru and has a strong footprint in executive and university education content solutions. We are currently looking for a Subject Matter Expert for the Hardware & Networking subjects. About the Job role: A Subject Matter Expert is somebody with special skills, deep knowledge, and expertise in a particular subject. Job Nature: Freelance Job Location: Bangalore Experience: 3-4 years of training experience Compensation: 5000-7500/hour of content development Skills Required: Must have training experience in the subject Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create Powerpoint modules for topics assigned to you. These modules are then converted into videos. You would be required to generate the content as well as the script for these videos.
• Create lab/assessment documents or demonstration videos on practical topics.
• Create MCQs on the topics given to you.
• Rework on PPTs, lab docs and other content based on ID suggestions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational qualification- B.E. in ENTC or CSE, MSC.computer/ BSC with hardware and networking
• Work experience- 3+ years
• Any specialization course done- Hardware course certification or A+ certified
• COMPUTER HARDWARE & PERIPHERALS - Identification & testing of Parts & cards
• CMOS Setup and Installation & Configuration of HDD
• Troubleshooting of KeyBoard & Mouse, DVD writer, Printers \xe2\x80\x93 DM & Inkjet
• Basic knowledge of CCTVs, Biometrics, UPS, Projectors Virtualization
