Job Summary:



We are looking for a proactive and motivated

Freelance Sales Executive

to drive sales and generate leads on a commission basis. This is a performance-driven role ideal for individuals who are self-motivated and possess strong sales acumen. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching products/services, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and approach potential clients through networking, cold calling, and online research. Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. Report on sales activities, pipeline updates, and feedback to management regularly.

Requirements:



Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven with a strong desire to succeed and earn through commissions. Ability to understand client needs and handle the sales process independently. Comfortable working with flexible hours and targets. Smartphone, laptop, and internet access for communication and reporting.
