. This is a flexible, performance-driven opportunity for professionals with strong local market knowledge and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source residential properties for sale and purchase in Gurgaon.
Build and maintain a network of property owners, buyers, brokers, and developers.
Conduct site visits, property inspections, and client meetings.
Negotiate deals and facilitate documentation and closure.
Provide market insights and pricing guidance to clients.
Maintain professional communication and uphold brand reputation.

Requirements:
Proven experience in residential real estate transactions (Gurgaon market preferred).

Own conveyance and mobile phone.
Commission Structure:
50-50% commission sharing on successful transactions.
No fixed salary; earnings are performance-based.
