We are seeking driven and resourceful Freelance Recruitment Officers to support our team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various roles across multiple industries. This is a remote and flexible position ideal for individuals with strong people skills and a knack for finding great talent.

Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates through online platforms, databases, and social media Screen candidates through phone or video calls Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients Maintain a database of leads and active candidates Meet weekly recruitment targets and KPIs

Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or sales (preferred but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and target-driven Access to a laptop/PC and stable internet Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
