Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for various IT roles (developers, QA, DevOps, network admins, etc.)
Understand client requirements and create compelling job descriptions
Conduct initial interviews to assess technical and soft skills
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates
Key Skills & Requirements
Proven experience as an IT recruiter (agency or freelance)
Excellent sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, etc.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously
Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline)
Language: English & Hindi
