Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases Understand client requirements and job specifications clearly Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess suitability Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Ensure smooth offer rollout and joining Maintain professional communication and confidentiality
