This position requires strong relationship management skills and a deep understanding of the recruitment process, including the use of various recruitment tools and platforms.
Duties
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS and Lever to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization.
Leverage social media management tools to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates.
Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
Utilize Kronos and Paychex for managing candidate information and onboarding processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to continuously improve processes.
Assist in contract negotiations and offer presentations for selected candidates.
Experience
Proven experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred.
Familiarity with recruitment software such as iCIMS, Kronos, Lever, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
Strong interviewing skills with the ability to evaluate candidates effectively.
Experience in sales or relationship management is a plus, enhancing the ability to connect with potential hires.
Knowledge of social media management strategies for talent acquisition is beneficial.
