Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist (in-house or agency).
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including use of job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Access to your own tools and databases is preferred (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple roles at once.
