Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates for IT and non-IT roles through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Negotiate offers and assist in the onboarding process.
Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in IT and non-IT domains.
Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and social media sourcing techniques.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work independently.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
