Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated

Freelance Recruiter

to support our talent acquisition efforts on a project or assignment basis. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various open roles across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with internal HR or hiring managers to understand role requirements Source potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit Share relevant profiles within agreed timelines Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and feedback Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience Work on multiple roles across domains based on project requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house); freelance experience is a plus Strong understanding of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
