Key Responsibilities:
Understand job descriptions and hiring needs from internal stakeholders
Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on defined criteria
Coordinate interviews with company
Maintain candidate database and update progress regularly
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably across multiple roles or sectors
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools
