Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Freelance HR Recruiter

to support our hiring needs on a project or assignment basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to coordination and onboarding, based on organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand job descriptions and hiring needs from internal stakeholders Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, etc. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on defined criteria Coordinate interviews with company Maintain candidate database and update progress regularly Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably across multiple roles or sectors Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools
